- 2014/12: hacking team H4LT released the Xbox One SDK.
- 2013: Team Xecuter dumped the Xbox One NAND. Although a cool move, the NAND in itself is encrypted, and unusable as is.

- 2014/04: hacker Iriez claims to have a hack for the Xbox One, on IRC. Iriez himself has confirmed that this conversation never actually happened and had been fabricated by a prankster

The Ps3 came out in 2006. Didn’t get hacked until 2011. It take time, but there get there eventually. Until then my PC is a good alternative.
PS3 hacks are super tedious… To do this you need that and to get that you need to do that first and to get that you need to jump off a bridge, and the process is just complicated.
Wow not sure where you got that nonsense from. The ps3 hacking status hasnt changed for around 5 years now, and the steps to hack a ps3 are this: 1. Get a ps3 with firmware 3.55, 2. Install latest rebug custom firmware. Done.

1) Turn on the official dev mode.
2) Install UWP apps.
3) That was it. No hack required.

The issue isn’t that the ps4 and xbone aren’t hackable, the issue is that any found exploits are being sold to Microsoft and Sony so they can be patched before they are generally known. We are living in an age of sellouts and the community that was once thriving is now basically gone because of it. Someone finds an exploit, has no intention of releasing it, creates a bunch of hype online and then cashes out with Sony or MS and we never hear from them again.
IMHO, this is wrong and disgusting. The community was the only thing we had keeping MS and Sony in check and now they have all the power just so some people could get a quick payday. I really hope for a return to the hacking community once people realize how much that quick payday is really sc*** us all over but I am not optimistic that it will happen any time soon.

I agree on comment about exploiters cashing out, no doubt Sony and MS would get groups to find exploits then patch. Also I believe if the method of using artificial intelligence to scan and cover possible mistakes wasn’t already used with PS4 and Xbox one it will be used in future consoles. Look up IBM Watson. Like some also noted PC for games as they are found cheaper (not pirated) and can be moded with cheats most being offline. I’m having lots of fun with GTA 5 and FiveM server. All the mods and cheats you could want. Also Humble bundle is a great way to get games for PC, android, and sometimes consoles too, donations go to good causes or ones you choose and you pay small for great bundles.
