[OPEN] why my docomo bubble is gone after I update to 3.68

I have ps vita 3g japan. I just decide to update from 3.60 to 3.68 today. after update my docomo bubble is gone.
I'm afraid am I doing something wrong while updating?
or sony officially don't put docomo bubble on 3.68?
if this is an error, how to fix it?
is anyone has same experience as I am?
I just so worry about my vita man.
