Before Beginning Its essential that you have Tnv-11 and Ark Both installed on your Vita. If you are on 3.55 and have Mimana Iyar Chronicles!! check this out From Razor at GbaTemp

If you already Have These Installed then Follow My Steps Below
1. Go to Tnv-11 navigate to the microscope and search for your rom of choice .gba .v64 any really
2. Before Searching put in Doperoms at the end
3. Now search...
4. Click the doperoms link scroll to the botton and hit next (might do it twice)
5. Once you find the image of the rom you wanted at the bottom click the download .zip (important!!)
6. The Link will then re-direct you, but click on the download button and Save to The path Commons ( The Default Setting)
7. Once Finishes exit out of Tnv-11 and enter Ark

9. Now Click on Ark01234 and highlight PspFiler click start
10. Now once you've entered Pspfiler, you'll want to Go to the Commons Folder
11 Open the .zip File downloaded and there you'll see the rom.
12. Copy The Rom Over To your Rom Folder Of the Emulator You are Using.
