Could anyone sniff .pkg file of Arcade Darts US?

Here is my problem: I bought ArcadeDarts on the US store, but sadly can't download using Vita. So I tried to get the .pkg file via PC. But before that, I used these SKFU proxy guide here and here to get the download link for the .pkg file.
I have a psvita & a psp, and since psvita shows no download button, I used my psp instead to sniff it. But whenever I get to the download list, the proxy connection just closed, and PSP say "download fail...".
So, could anyone sniff the .pkg link for Arcade Darts US, please? (Maybe using PS3 this time,which I dont ownn now and cant try it). Thanks a million !
