I'm sure he chose the camera app so he could control the black screen by blocking the camera lens. I'm sure 1 pixel wont effect game play since when viewing something colorful that stuck pixel kind of blend with the surrounding pixels. My psp phat had 2 always black and 1 always white, never could fix them. Never noticed any on my Vita.

No, it happens everytime I turn it on. I'll definitely give that video a try.

Did you try fixing your psvita data
by holding power button for 40 sec
once menu appeared choose rebuild.
maybe that could work thought iam not
sure if this will help.

hardware Issue it was a software issue [OS] causing
