FIXED:It works m8, I reinstalled the PRO-B9 which I dl here and your mmod worked. Might be I was tring other beta version??? Thank you for your help off to try other great themes...

This is the most recent CXMB there is it should work for ANY firmware.

Put the CXMB folder in the ROOT of your memory stick (the first place that pops up when you plug your PSP into your PC) and then put ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1 in your VSH.txt file and save it.

Make sure the themes you're trying to use are made for 6.35 firmware and reset your VSH. Then apply a theme and you should be golden.

Well your theme is working so the other themes from first lin do not work for me...Is there a link perhaps to PRO-B9 from this link I like them a lot on my other PSPs, or can you send link to tutorial how to convert some of the themes...I supose it is not easy, so I do not want to take anybody's time before trying my self...or if you can convert one or two more I would appreciate it or have some link to working PRO-B9 themes

Cheers

EDIT:One more discovery, after selecting a non working theme and after that selecting yours which previously did load and work, make it non working too...I tried reset vsh but no result, now your theme wont load too...very strange

It's actually pretty easy to convert themes now a days with PatPat's CTFTool GUI (The link is in my sig) Once you install the tool just right click on a theme and find the firmware you want the theme to be and click that, wait for the tool to finish converting and you'll have the converted theme right next to the old theme (with the 6.xx version you converted to at the end of the theme).

As for PRO-B9 you can get the official PRO updater in the "Custom Firmwares" forum (in this thread)

@ your edit : Delete all the themes from your THEME folder in your PSP folder and put themes you know are for 6.35 in there. Also go into the CXMB folder and click on the config.txt file and delete all the text inside, then save and apply a new theme.

P.S. I suggest downgrading to 6.20 (since you're on a 3g you can do that) because then you can use any of the themes that I convert (I use 6.20PRO-B9)

Just one quick question, how dangerous it would be to reinstall same OFW, to uninstal CFW and reinstal 6.35 and try before trying downgrade?

With PRO firmware there isn't much risk. Just run the PRO Updater for 6.35 and it will give you the option to "Uninstall" Just click that and it will remove the files. I doubt it's your firmware though as everything else but themes work right?

But I do not get your theme loaded...now it wont no matter what I do, I even reinstalled PRO several times. But my question was to reinstall OFW 6.35 all over, is this or would be a problem?

EIDT: now it loaded no prob when I remove other themes from folder, uninstalled PRO, shut down device, reinstalled PRO, selecte your theme...But now question is will this be with every theme install, because just shutting down and selection FastRecovery after a "wrong" theme seem a bit awful lot of writing rewriting the flash0 and I do not want to mess too much with that...but if that is only solution....Maybe if not too much to ask can you convert if have time... Large Original Icons Midnight black 6.35 by pspnoob.ctf and Little Big Planet for 6.35 by pspnoob.ctf while I learn about converting :D

Cheers

Since you're on 6.35 technically you still have 6.35OFW installed on your PSP (since you can only have perm on 6.20 or a hackable). Once you hold the power button up for about 5 seconds and then turn your PSP back on you'll be on 6.35OFW.

(Maybe I'm not fully understanding what you're asking though)
