ah, It was actually fixed in popsloader v4b alpha2+2 by me, then VirtuousFlame integrated my patch to official mercurial.

Also realized, as 3.80 pops is working, perhaps the issue also happens also in v2... Perhaps popcorn issue. I should address this issue to VirtuousFlame.

I downloaded the last version in here: http://code.google.com/p/popsloader/

Dumped the 2 Impose files from 4.01 firmware from here http://freeplay.halfmoon.ws/fw/updates/

Dumped the files from 3.71,3.72 and 3.90, at first i tried using 3.90 and it worked until the New Game/Continue Screen,but there was no text, still i saw for 1 second an image of the New Game/Continue Menu but then disappeared, after that i decided to try 3.71 and 3.72, i did, but right after i selected them the screen went black for 10 seconds and then the psp turned off.I Decided to try again 3.90 and now it does the same as 3.71 and 3.72.

Should i Disable the POPS plugin from the recovery menu? i mean, the one from Recovery Menu>Advanced in CFW 6.39 B8. I Dont know if this is important, but i think i disabled this during the 3.90 test, not sure...whatever.

Using PSP GO 05.

I dont really know whats wrong, i dont think i did anything wrong... by the way, the game its Dragon Warrior VII.

If someone knows i would appreciate a fix for this, if not, i guess i will just remove all the stuff from popsloader. :cry:

Extra info...

I am using cxmb plugin.i have like 3 more disabled..excluding the one for popsloader obviously.

more info on your condition would be more useful; as mentioned before, v2 have issues with 6.20 firmwares making it unable to load any game. use popsdeco's releases here, they are more updated than the one in the googlecode

@popsdeco: rather than having these different builds running, why don't you merge your builds with the VF's official popsloader? or maybe you can create a fork of the popsloader project properly at googlecode (VF's popsloader for PRO CFWs only, while yours have PRO+ME support). it is kinda weird looking for updates to your popsloader in PRO's popsloader v2 thread; kinda like sleeping on a stranger's bed. :D

Hopefully the 3.72- suspend bug happened also here.
I'll check with popcorn full debug option...

at the same time, you can enjoy v4d. some NID wasn't resolved in v4c. (Merged official latest hg)

[edit]
OK, so... perhaps DOCUMENT.DAT handling.

3.30pops ends with
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x40000001 -> 0x80010002

4.01pops writes
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x40000001 -> 0x80010002
myIoOpen: ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Pops/SLPS00022/DOCUMENT.DAT 0x00000001 -> 0x80010002
then continue.

Anyway I'll report this to VF.
Well, reports on popsloader M33's 3.72- are highly welcomed.

[edit3] 3.71 pops recovered from suspend on popsloader M33...

heh, actually 50%. common/conf.c's get_disc_id() isn't updated and pops_bridge isn't merged yet.

Official popsloader v3 is released... it seems that your get_disc_id() has been integrated. Maybe you should do a fork, so we would have 2 builds: one for PRO only and the other with ME support.

EDIT: suspend issues on 3.72 or lower pops are still there.

EDIT2: there is this issue I noticed from official v2 and still exists in official v3 but doesn't happen with your mod. Maybe you can help VF in this problem? http://code.google.com/p/popsloader/issues/detail?id=20
