Shadowing and focusing icons in CTF Themes

Hey guys. i just replaced an icon but i also need to replace it's shadow and also it's focus, so i need to make the new icon's shadow and focus, I have Firewrks and photoshop. any help on how to make them ?? plEase. I hoP eur Advice worKs..

The best advice I can give you is to extract the old icon along with the shadow and focus for it and then open it in Photoshop to study it.
