[Updated] 0xFFFFFFFFailSploit 6.39/6.38 Downgrader v3.5

I present to you my port of Davee's 6.35/6.31 downgrader to 6.39/6.38.

This a very simple app, just put the official 6.20 updater in (ms0/ef0 accordingly)PSP/GAME/UPDATE, and run the downgrader, this will reboot into the 6.20 "update", and allow you to downgrader to 6.20. Has been tested on 1k, 2k, 3k, and Go (added support for 07g/09g).

I will be releasing the source on May 29th.

v3.5: If the 6.20 updater MD5 check fails, it will check if the update file is 6.35, allowing non 07g/09g to downgrade to 6.35, added source, removed a few debug printf's

Instructions:

If you have anything lower than an 07g place the 6.20 update in PSP/GAME/UPDATE.
If you have an 07g or an 09g, place the 6.35 update in PSP/GAME/UPDATE.

No screenshots added because it's only text (splash screen as pic1).

Important note: You run the application at your OWN risk. I am not held accountable if you fuck up your PSP.
Another important note: After you downgrade to 6.20, you will get a BSOD (saying that your system information is corrupted), this is OK, just click circle to reset your system information and you will be back to normal.

Final important note: It does indeed still support 6.35/6.31

6.35\6 kernel exploit was patched in firmware 6.37.

I smell/spot an ungrateful user, Test before you attack/claim or wait till someone does. Just tested on my PSP 3000 03g, updated it to 6.38 from 5.03 then ran the downgrader with 6.20 UPDATE in PSP/GAME/UPDATE directory. Works perfectly, now at 6.20 without a brick happening.

I'll give it a test on my 1000, too when I get the chance. Some1 wouldn't fake something like this just to ruin his reputation.

@Some1, Nice job! This is going to give a lot of people @ 6.38 a second chance; plus you're going to give everyone a run for the money in the Genesis Competition I seriously didn't expect this.

EDIT:
Make sure you have a PSP Model below 07-09g first.
1. Grab the 6.20 UPDATE EBOOT.PBP and place it at PSP/GAME/UPDATE
2. Place the downgrader in PSP/GAME/638 Downgrader/
3. Run the downgrader, follow the instructions and then wait for it to boot the 6.20 OFW Update
4. When PSP Reboots press O to reset settings, Enjoy.

Same as davee's downgrader if you ever ran it.

confermed the downgrader works from 6.35 ( I was too chicken to update to 6.38... ) so it functions as a downgrader.

confirmed it works from 6.38 OFW Mode (6.38 ME-3), seems real!


But crappy for PSP 3000 07g and 09g User, they cant downgrade to 6.20, so please make the downgrader compatible with 6.38 --> 6.35 !!!
