Stuck pixel Repair

Ok i have a psp 3004, with 6.20 OFW
Recently i got this line that i can see especially when my psp has a white background, if i see it at different dimensions i see red, blue, and green. Its right above the XMB and is horizontal, please reply. its lenth is half the psp,

That doesn't sound like a stuck pixel, especially since you say it's half the length of the PSP. Stuck pixels are usually single dots that aren't the same colour as those around them. I know there are certain applications that are made to fix broken pixels, but I'm not sure about what you have. Try Googling for "stuck pixel fixer PSP" and see what you get.
