No files are flashed ;)

I could draw a custom clock over the original clock, but then its not customizable anymore(except for people who know C). As it is right now, anyone with HTML and Javascript knowledge can use the default EBOOT to make their own clock. Alternatively, anyone can replace the supplied EBOOT to have the PSP do anything they want when the screen is closed.

You can change it and it will work but unfortunately exiting when opening the slide is up to the eboot. It would start when closing the slide just fine though :D

If this gives you an idea, PM Me. ;)
Try using this prx in place of the default: http://hbstore.screeze.com/NewSlide/NewSlide.prx
And change the settings.ini in the NEWSLIDE folder to use ms0 instead of ef0.
Ill try it. ;)

Entry accepted, welcome to the competition :)

Personal note: very nice Idea, I do hope it leads to lots of themes, etc... right now the default eboot takes a little while to start, would be awesome if it started a bit faster (ideally, no black screen at all, but I'm probably dreaming here)
If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.

I created a simple controls tester to understand the problem and i found that VOLUP,VOLDOWN,SCREEN,NOTE and also SLIDEOPEN and SLIDECLOSE aren't functionally. (Sorry for my bad english but i'm italian). I tested it in an Eboot (UserMode) on a PSP GO with 6.35 PRO-B3.

The HOLD Version also doesn't work on my PSP GO 6.35 PRO-B3...

EDIT: I found the bug. When i insert the USB Cable in my PSP (with closed slide), the prx start. To exit from the calendar, i can only press triangle button. (I say about Slide Version).
