Hello guys! VitaPad 1.1 some unnoficial changes... by me, NEWRCC

First to thank Rinnegatamante for the wonderful software ... I made some small changes that maybe useful for you. It is not an official compilation so if I am not being fair, please let me know, it is the first time I make a change in source code from others.

"Control Changes"
I changed the D-PAD buttons that were previously axis, to buttons only, the same I did with Ltriger and Rtriger, for games that use SDL2 in the configuration file "gamecontrollerdb.txt" using VJOY. Use GamepadTool to configure vjoy and get STRING to be copied and pasted into the "gamecontrollerdb.txt" file.

"The Windows.xml configutation file."
In the configuration file "Windows.xml" it is no longer necessary to choose VJoy mode, this option will be selected when starting the Client. Now you can add the fixed IP in the file, but you can choose to type it manually. PORT only ignores but does not delete the line.

"Conect and Reconect"
Also, both the Client and the Server will reconnect without the need to restart them.

I did not do a documentation because it is very simple, but I will do if you have doubts. Remembering that I made these changes for my use, but I believe it will be useful for you as well. Sorry for the English of the stone age.

updates v.0.1 - 28/06/2018:
1 - Fixed some bugs on client... configuration file for client was updated.
2 - Mouse Mode disabled for now. (we will see again on next updates)
3 - More mapped buttons, visual bottons on touchscreen - L2,R2,L3,R3 (VIsual Touch bottons will be repositioned on the future)
4 - New Live area icons...

updates v.0.2 - 29/06/2018:
1 - Fixed some client bugs on Kyeboard Mode.

Just Windows 64bits for now...

By far this is the best version of Vitapad I found so far keep up the good work!

There is a virtual gamepad driver called VJoy (from the Rejuvenate times some people might remember using PSVPAD for the same thing that VitaPad does right now, it used that driver to get things done). I've added it's support (trying to mimic as close as possible an XBox 360 controller with it) to the VitaPad application cleanmaster.
