Don't have a UMD video to test this but have you tried simply using the USB mount option in the XMB?
Same goes for dumping games BTW.

I wish we had an easy way of converting DVDs to UMD video discs but still there isnt after a decade afaik :/

You can Put over 19 Games on one 32 GB Memory Stick Duo (£13).
10 Games = 17 GB
Best to put about 18 Games on Memory Stick (30 GB)
Leaves 2 GB for Game Save Data. (1 Game Save = 256 KB)
8,000 Game Saves.
The PS3 and PS4 have Hard Drives. Will Last 20 Years
PS2 and PSP don't. The Disc Laser only Lasts 10 years. If bought refurbished then wont last more than 2 years.
Playing from Memory Card will make it Last another 10 Years.
Just Regularly use a Power bank (Jack & Cable 2.1 Amp 5V USB Power - £8).

U have DVD Descrypter to rip DVD then Sony Vegas to convert to PSP format and then on MMC of PSP and Watch video :) max 1h on slow pc work and u have

You mean UMD video format with multiple subtitles, languages etc. or just an MP4 ?
