Yes, on a real PS Vita, it will override the PS Vita motion controls when a DS 3/4 controller is connected through ds3vita or ds4vita. However, with a DS3 with ds3vita, motion control samples are too spaced over time which make 2 seconds delay (so it is nearly unusable).

Finally got this to work thanks to some reddit users. You oughta note for people new to these things that the skprx plugin for this goes under the first noted area under kernel where it say henkaku.skprx isn't listed. Then the suprx plugin goes under where widgets are mentioned. Would really help and save headaches if this were clarified instead of assuming everyone has a know how to this stuff all the time, when not quite everyone doesn't.

Essentially looking like this:
