Hi first post here, just wondering if I can update my vita from 3.63 to 3.65 in preparation for the Flow's exploit

The above link, while cool for what it is won't work on a 3.63 device. It requires the device to already have been hacked to use.

THIS is more what you're looking for.

In short, set your Wi-Fi connection's primary DNS server to "23.96.6.207", leaving your secondary DNS server blank. Then you can update online.

Make sure you're still on that connection; DNS server configuration is per-connection. (SSID "WifiHome" will have its own settings, which can be different from SSID "WifiWork", for example.)

By the way, if there's another modern device you wanna hack, such as a 3DS or Switch, Hacks.Guide is a great resource.
