I have a 3.61 HENkaku hacked Vita that is activated to my main PSN account. I only use my Vita for homebrew and tinkering. I have bought all the games I want to play...
My question is: Is there any reason to NOT de-activate the Vita form my legit account? That is, if I start fresh with a wiped deactivated Vita, I can still do anything the homebrew scene releases as well as playing my legally bought and backed up material without fear of my main account being banned, right?

Only thing I can think of backing up games/apps/saves using legit CMA would potentially be difficult. Those are usually locked to your activated account once saved on your PC. Meaning if you backed up a game tied to your legit account, then deactivated Vita and tried to reinstall that app from the PC, it probably wouldn’t open once back on your now deactivated vita.
