mGBA and VKP packages on TN-V 10 fw 3.01, is it possible?

Post by w33g33 »

Hi Guys,
I'm not so up to date with the psvita scene and I need some help.
Right now I'm with my psvita fat 3.01 Tn-V 10 and King of Pool plus various psn store games.

What I'm trying to do is install VPK files on my console, like mGBA, which comes in that format.
Is that possibile?

Also, is there any better solution than 3.01? Reason for the TN-V is because I have some PSP games not available in the EU store, like Jeanne D'arc and others that I still play a lot.

Thanks for the help guys

Update to 3.60 and install HENkaku - you won't loose anything. Just frget about TN-V and use Adrenaline instead of it (it's also full PSP fw implementation - just like TN-V but with full PSX support - with sound).

Thanks szczuru, I did it.

After some testing I'd say it's a good solution, even though sometimes vitashell or retroarch crashes and requires a reboot and reinstall henkaku again. From this pov tn-v was much more convenient and reliable, also because I often swap memory cards since I have two of them.

Anyway, I just heard about the new permanent hack with henkaku, let's see what happens.

Thanks!
