Toukiden Kiwami Ad Hoc

I have PS VITA with Henkaku and have Toukiden Kiwami and my psp have Toukiden Kiwami too.

I want to play ad hoc but it difference Network Version.
Wht should i do?

Network Version:
PS VITA : 1.02
PSP : 1.01
