Sorry it was really late and i was being super lazy. I need to just NOT make anything anymore when it's late because it is always really poor. :P

It triggers the in app browser used for apps like netflix(when you log in)
[ALLOW ME TO BE MORE CLEAR HERE]
THIS IS NOT TO ALLOW ACCESS TO NETFLIX. THAT WAS AN EXAMPLE OF WHERE (i think) THE WEBMODAL URI IS CALLED IN OFFICIAL APPS.
---
It redirects you to google instead of -for example- a log in page.
--
This browser saves no history or anything, so if you want to be more secure, or you want to keep something hidden, you can.
Imagine you are looking for gifts for a close friend. You wouldn't want them to spoil the whole surprise now would you? :D
--
Of course we all know what this will be used for, and that's fine. I just wanted to provide the community with something to improve their Vita experience. :)

Is possible to remove the black band on the right?

The bar at the side is to give you the option to go to the page you were last on or the page you were on before you hit back. There is no way (for me) to remove the bar, however someone else who knows a little bit more about what they are doing probably could. There really wouldn't be much a point to do that though, because burn-in doesn't happen over the time span of a few minutes. Sure if you leave the app opened for several hours it might cause burn-in, but if you are just using it briefly you will be fine. If you still want to be careful, just put your Vita/VTV to sleep or on standby every few minutes, but, as i said.. that's REALLY not necessary. If you want to learn more about burn-in on OLED displays, you can go here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_burn-in :D

It doens't install via molecula shell, and return the 0xFFFFFFFE Error message
I still looking for a way to access netflix on my 3.60 PS TV

I hope you find a solution for this. ;)

extract the vpk and install this via "install folder" with vitashell, and reboot.
is a quick fix until it is updated
