The hack needs a spesific offset value to be found. Also the game should be aware of some kind of analog input for camera for the hack to be useful.
So hopefully with your additions, i will try to compile a list of psp games accepting analog input for camera control or aim. Candidates for these games are, games using L + analog stick of psp to move the camera (GTA LCS, Tomb Raider Legends) or games which camera control can be assigned to analog stick on psp via alternate control options (Resistance: Retribution). Or maybe it might be a PS2 port and some kind of analog input for controller might still be in the game etc.
Once more information about @theflow0's method is public, spesific offsets for these games can be found and we can enjoy true dual stick setup on Vita. Also it "might" be possible to do the same on a PSP Go + DS3 setup too in theory, but i can't say for sure.
EDIT: Yeah, it works on PSP Go + DS3 setup, you can get the first (and hopefully not the last) plugin here. It is for GTA LCS. viewtopic.php?f=28&t=47224&p=413652
