I'm getting "you must sign in to psn to use this feature" on all my games and tn-v bubble anyway to fix this without redownloading. I tried rebuilding database and downloading a new game on my ps3 and copying works just for that one.

It sounds like when you transferred a game over via CMA Sony jacked up your act.dat file. You won't be able to play any of those until your reactivate the licenses for each game. A good way to avoid this is to not use CMA to transfer any games over. Try reactivating the licenses if you can figure out how to swap the files.
