No its not possible with a psp exploit game.maybe if we get a firmware hack in the future

in till they are enable to dump a Jack and Dexter collection vita rom. i think that game has a built in ps2 emulator in it programming

i thing it will posible with unity and licence trick but not full frame its will be too slow

works with pspdisp but very laggy, mortal kombat mugen games work better than ps2 games on the vita.with pspdisp of course
