How much would you pay for the NGP?

The first NGP edition will be lamesauce, I'll wait for the second or third version, because Sony seems to suck at first-editions. Seriously. Why won't I buy the NGP (yet)?:
-The first bunch (100? 500?) of PS3s given out to celebrities and pre-order-ers overheated and/or damaged themselves through being played for twelve hours straight, whereas an old Wii can be played for days on end (I think). Why should I trust Sony to keep the first-edition NGP from overheating or having some similar critical design flaw that will lead to its self-destruction?
-It will be gigantic and heavy [in comparison to its successors and predecessors], as every first edition of every portable console ever made will show (minus the Gameboy Advance, which actually isn't too big even for today's standards).
-It will become WORTHLESS as soon as Sony announces an NGP Slim. It might not even use the same hardware (memory cards, screen protectors, batteries, etc.) as said version.
-Cell-phone-game-console combination? Really? It would probably be worse than the video watch (multiple actually exist, but all with tiny screens of course)...That is, unless, the service is fairly cheap and allows you to play 16-vs-16 or 8-vs-8 or even 4-player multiplayer games. THAT would be worth paying for.
-The games will suck until around a year after the NGP's release, considering that game devs always take awhile to unlock the capabilities of console hardware.
-Getting your hands on it ASAP as opposed to waiting a few weeks will make you go bankrupt.
-Touch screen on the back? Unless game devs figure out what the F they're going to do with THAT weird capability...Or maybe a Grand Theft Auto title will make use of it...who knows? I've found that Rockstar can pull off all types of awesome.
-Japan will get it WEEKS before any other country, naturally.
-The screen will be tiny in comparison to its successor, or just a tad smaller.
-Lame capabilities as opposed to its successors, as it was with the phat PSP vs. the slim and lite PSPs.
