Psm assistent worked without updating for all firmwares

i yet instaled psm dev for unity i post of ac viper
in this donwnload

i installed it on package installer ok

but now it need update but the updatein AC viper post is v106 and its for 3.30 vita firmware

i need psm dev for unity update v105 is for 3.15 vita firms.

I have tried viewtopic.php?p=388239#p388239 but the Vita tells me i have to update my firmware. It does not ask me to download the PSM package update like in the pictures from that post. How do you bypass the firmware update?

Restart the Vita in airplane mode?

I was able to solve the firmware update issue by using the Charles trick to transfer the PSM Dev Update pkg to my Vita too. After transferring the update to my Vita, from the PS3 and before opening PSM Dev, I backed up PSM Dev to my PC. I noticed it was a different size then before. When the backup completed I opened PSM Dev and now I'm no longer prompted for an update and the app actually opens. I have no idea if backing up before opening the app did anything but wanted to pass along the steps that worked for me. Oh and I was in airplane mode for these steps. Good luck.

Is there any way to "fake log in" on PS3? OCMA isn´t enough.

im in the same boat my ps3 is banned and has been formatted in the past so doesnt have a account on it . ive already posted my problem but no reply

As far I know, July 15 which is the last date to upload PSM projects, but you need a Dev Licence linked to your PSN account for downloading PSM Dev Assistant and today is the last day to register for dev licence. So do it ASAP, at least register for Dev licence and download PSM Dev Assistant later.

Got no clue what to do from here. Got the PSM Dev Assistant PKG on my OFW PS3 and I go to hook up my Vita up to QCMA and then as soon as I go into content manager I get you must update. I'm on 3.36, what do I do?

i dont think u need the license to download the dev app to the vita, only for donwloading the demo to the vita, but this yifi dude said we dont need a license anymore
