Then you're doing it wrong.. Make sure you have it set to support FW 3.30+

Yes I can, that's why I said you're doing something wrong.

Actually as we are on the lines of qmca I am trying to get the dev assisstant off my OFW4.70PS3 onto my vita 3.10FW but when I unplug the cable from the pc off the cma menu and plug it into the PS3 it wont go into the transfer menu it just sits on the vita screen pc has been disconnected. I was using qmca version 3.6 does this not work anymore on 4.70OFW PS3 cause Im sure when I first tranferred my exploit games for epsp it work fine first time? can anyone help me out at all with this. If I try and just go through the normal routine on my vita to my PS3/ and transfer the game I get error E-80558325 but I think this is down to the fact the qmca trick is not working properly, Im not sure.

extra information,i use vitaupdateblocker in order to access psn and download freedom wars and terraria .From that point onward i cannot connect my psvita to pc.Whenever i try to connect i get C3-14978-9 error.i managed to bypass that problem when i turn on my psvita wifi but i get you must update system software information instead.i connect using usb cable. On QCMA when i check every option there except disable usb monitoring,i get could not connect to pc warning (my psvita wifi still on,i turn off my wifi and put it on airplane mode, still cannot connect to pc) .
