i'm having some trouble with OCMA. whenever i try to install it and run the "run.bat" file, i am shown this

and i am assuming this is the final barrier to me getting PSPFiler and VitaFTP onto my vita properly.

I have a vita on 3.50, still able to connect to psn using vita update blocker 1.2.
I bought a second vita on 3.15. I am after running psp backups

Can I:
1) buy a psp game on the list from store on my 3.50
2) backup using CMA
3) reset second vita on 3.15, enter same PSN account details at initial setup
4) restore game on second vita with save file
5) run game and exploit

Possible?

Also second question, what's the best game for 3.15?
Space Invaders Extreme and Patapon 1 and 2 are still available, just wondering if these get patched (as well as the vita firmware)

Anybody been able to use vita update blocker on 3.15? Want to download pkg files to the vita, unable to sign in. also have the ps vita PS3 activated method but it wont fetch the store without update.... sigh any help will be appreciated

it only works on the 2nd-most-recent firmware, and only for a week or two at that.

Unfortunately it looks like you cannot do vita > vita_on_older_firmware for psp games, at least this is what happens when I tried with arcade darts

What is the easiest way to get emulators on my vita firmware3.36 I'm a total noob at this so in depth guide would be good. I don't mind jail breaking or what ever I just want my bed and gba games.

Problem- No matter what i do, when i connect my PS Vita to my PS3 (after disabling Wifi, putting it into Airplane mode, opening content manager while plugged into PC and having qcma running, i select copy content, go to pc - usb, let the error pop up, unplug vita from Pc end, plug into ps3, go to copy content from ps3 via usb, UPDATE REQUIRED)

i've done this on my other ps vita 3.18, and another 3.36 i had but i just can't seem to get this one to work. i've even formatted the system and memory card, tried everything
