Download the newest version available.
Install it.
Then open qCMA and go to
Settings ->
Other
Now set the
CMA Protocol Selection from
Latest to
Manual
Set the
CMA Protocol Version to your PSVita FW
3.3X : FW 3.30
3.1X : FW 3.10
and so on
So you set it to FW 3.10
Now put your Vita into Airplane Mode and restart it.
Plug it into your PC and now you can use qCMA without updating your Vita ;D
