What's the largest size memory card for vita there is my 4gb is full and Id like a large size card

There is a 64 gb stick now, but it is pretty ridiculous expensive.

Yeah, you can get a 64. They aren't retailed in the US afaik. You have to order them online. They're usually around $90-$120. Here are two I found.
