I tested darkspeed on my devices, so it should work.

i have a psp 3000 brite and i upgrade to 6.61 and use the cfw 6.61 pro-c2 and it's work !!!
the problem is i was in 6.20 cfw with CIPL flash and now i have to activate the cfw every time i switch off my psp
so can i use the CIPL flash for 6.61 or it will break my psp?

PSP 3000 does not support cIPL.
I guess you are thinking of the "permanent patch". Downgrade back to 6.20, since permanent patch only works on firmware 6.20 (and below). Not on 6.3x/6.6x.

Downgrade to 6.20 & use the permanent patch, or stay on 6.61 and use the temporary CFW.
