Final Fantasy X HD Gamesaves

Post by dmaskell92 »

So I just realized with a CFW PS3 you can patch the Japanese version of FFX so it's undubbed.

I just bought this game for Vita and was bummed they didn't make any sort of undub version with English text. I was wondering if I could transfer my game save to and from my PS3/Vita with a flash drive/CMA because my PS3 is banned and I haven't had any success transferring (or pairing) anything to my PS3.

Also if I can transfer my save will it matter my Vita version is US and PS3 JP?

Thanks for the help. If nobody knows I might just import the game anyway.

As far as I'm aware, and from what i could find out when I was researching it's not possible to transfer FF X HD save files from Vita to PS3 unless you use the actual in-game transfer system.

And you can't do that with a banned/CFW PS3 because it accesses PSN and saves the save files in the cloud between transfers.

I think you're out of luck, just like I was, I'm afraid.

Dan.

Ah, I feared this. Well I might still try.

If you have any luck, let me know.

Then, I could watch myself get mullered by the final boss over and over on the big screen too.

Yep In-Game Save is the only way I find to be able to transfer for PSvita to PS3 or the other way around. The only game I known so far that have that is Ragnarok Odyssey Ace.
