Don't run this on TN-V!
TN-V replaces the pspemu flash0 files with psp flash0, essentially you're dumping the PSP's blacklist, not the Vita's. Dumping flash0 is the best way, if you need to extract the IDs, then make a script (if you're really good at it, you can have the script connect to some site and find the name based on the ID).

Right. If you want to use this on TN-V, you should remove ms0:/flash/vsh/module/savedata_utility.prx.

If you have an exploit for the PS Vita, and said exploit still works at a newer firmware, you are able to dump the "blacklist" (This is just pretty much simplified) from the PS Vita, and you can therefore see which game exploits are fixed in said firmware.

It is nice to compare it with the previous one, so you know which ones are fixed and which one arent (those that arent listed, shouldnt be fixed).

There are also quite a few games that are blacklisted from the Vita side and don't show up in the ePSP blacklist.

Woo, nice idea!
If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.

You also have to remove the ms0:/flash/vsh/module/savedata_auto_dialog.prx file. (for some titles).
