[HELP] error c0-10932-5 download restarted 100% to 0 %

Help! I have weird Problem!

So i was downloading "Unchartred Golden Abyss"


When the progress bar reached 100 % (2900/2900)mb and 0 minutes remaining, it stopped and say "Could not download"

And when i click "Resume" it restarted to 0% ! Tried to turn off the device and re-start the download, and it happened again.

Try download another game "Unit 13" the problem still same


what the heck is wrong with my vita? anyone can help me please?

and oh im on the latest firmware

This did happened with me two times once in 2.12 /3.01 ofw I had to restart vita in recovery and connect to cma and update washed firmware all three parts via pc and reset to default setting problem solved .(by the way my error was a tweaking releted.)

what do you mean all three parts?

and what are you tweaking?

im not doing anything weird to my vita, just normal update and this is what i get??

ok, trying to download again, and same thing happen? oh man im so frustrated, can anyone help?

the error code is c0-10932-5 by the way

by the way did you try recovery fw update

Ok i solved this, here what i do

1. Boot to recovery mode
2. Restore the PSVITA System
3. Format the memory card
4. Update (again) from the recovery menu even i already have the latest firmware
5. Done

this is work only for the first game i downloaded

the next game... well ****

i have the exact same problem but only on game demos.
same error code, same download restart.

i chat with playstation support and they have no clue about this problem that has been haunting a small percentage of VITA users since 2 years ago.

so, we consider ourself as lucky? ha ha... ugh..


btw this is the only error that persist in my Vita.
other error often pop up when i access PSN (timeout error, cant connect error, and much more) but all of them are temporary. This c0-10932-5 is PERMANENT.
