fate6 wrote here - viewtopic.php?p=344424 that it does not work.
Vita probably uses version of OpenSSL prior to 1.0.1 or sth. like that.

Exactly, the OpenSSL versions on the Vita are not affected. Also, if they were affected, Sony wouldn't be lounging around, a mandatory firmware update would have been issued instantly

Could there be a possibility that certain older system software versions might include the bugged code? the first affected version of OpenSSL was released a week or 2 prior to the release of vita system software version 1.61
