PSN PS1 games not loading cfw 6.60pro-c2 error
So my psp phat 1000 bit the dust I had used m33 cfw. I upgraded to a psp 3000, installed cfw 6.60 pro-c2. upgraded all the old emulators & such. I'm almost content with everything ive had since my old psp. My only problem is when it comes to ps1 games. I've converted and used my old ps1 games and its played fine. The ones that don't work is the ones from PSN, whenever I try to load them i get error (FFFFFFFFFFF). Will psn ps1 eboots not work on crw? do i need an updated pops loader or does that not matter when it comes to psn games?

Use PRO-C1 f3, works fine there, it's a known issue with PSN PS1 games on PRO-C2.

PRO-C2 has a PSN PS1 Bug
Either use 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3 Click here to Download
or Unofficial fix version by Rahim-US viewtopic.php?f=17&t=34403

Re: PSN PS1 games not loading cfw 6.60pro-c2 error
just checked that it's C1, will this affect my psp in any way or will it be safe. I'm not sure if it's flashed with c2 that flashing it with c1 would do anything or not. Do I just put this in the game folder and run as I normally would run things?

After you have placed the PRO-C FIx 3 Updater & Fast RecoveryMaximus2000 wrote:just checked that it's C1, will this affect my psp in any way or will it be safe. You can uninstall PRO-C2 by using 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3 Updater then run 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3 again to install it that's it.
and Yes it's safe and if you want extra precaution you could disable all the plugins first

Run C2 uninstaller that is also installer if you do not known
This will put you back to OFW
Then run C1 installer
safest way
Why I do this is to not overwrite the install in flash0 cleanest install
Fixed of stupid statements

Yike scratch the part about cipl and the rest applies

Re: PSN PS1 games not loading cfw 6.60pro-c2 error
CIPL updater recognises unhackable motherboards (2000 TA-88v3, 3000, Go and E1000) and won't install the custom IPL anyway even if he tried.
Just use PRO-C fix3 and Fast Recovery, and you be fine.
