Transfer game PS3 in PS vita?

Hello is anyone could tell me how to transfer a game download on the PS3 in the PS VITA . thank you.

Oh well in that case connect the Vita to a PC with OpenCMA then without closing any errors or the CMA app on the Vita
disconnect the Vita from the PC and connect it to the PS3
