CXMB for 6.60 ME released *UPDATE*
Re: CXMB for 6.60 ME released *UPDATE*
Word, it is odd but I switched to Pro C for some reason last night and it worked fine on it. I think i was having some pluging conflict going on...or just installed it wrong.

Re: CXMB for 6.60 ME released *UPDATE*
these plugin things are confusing at first, that's normal
but the more you try them out and learn, the easier it gets
it's funny with the psp that you look back on developments from say 2009..
and it seems like it's decades ago, with pages and pages of info and developments from then til now..
there have been so many versions of software and with different cfw's..
and then there are the different models of psp..
it can get overwhelming sometimes.. all the info all spread out over multiple sites and forums..
but one step at a time is all anyone can do

Can I use a .ptf theme while this cxmb plugin is enabled?
Re: CXMB for 6.60 ME released *UPDATE*
Yes, but it depends on the CTF theme you're using. I use the PS3 CTF theme with a PTF applied, so here's what you do.maxblade wrote:Can I use a .ptf theme while this cxmb plugin is enabled?
1- Choose your CTF theme.
2- Restart your PSP.
3- While still on OFW, apply a PTF theme.
4- Now launch your LCFW, the themes must have been mixed!
I'm sure someone will tell me that I can just disable CXMB then enable it, but I chose the faster & easier way.

I'm on 6.60 ME so I should dual boot to OFW first?
Edit:
I've just remember if I boot to OFW and back to CFW the theme will disappear.

It doesn't matter what LCFW you're on. It's simple: when you shutdown your PSP, the next time you turn it on it comes to OFW.maxblade wrote:I'm on 6.60 ME so I should dual boot to OFW first?
And from OFW you do what I explained.

By the way I'm on a Permanent 6.60 ME CFW not LCFW.NNNRT wrote:It doesn't matter what LCFW you're on. It's simple: when you shutdown your PSP, the next time you turn it on it comes to OFW.maxblade wrote:I'm on 6.60 ME so I should dual boot to OFW first?

Oh if so you must disable CXMB.PRX, reset the VSH, apply the PTF theme, then reset the VSH again. You're done!maxblade wrote:By the way I'm on a Permanent 6.60 ME CFW not LCFW.NNNRT wrote:It doesn't matter what LCFW you're on. on the permanent ME CFW I think you can press the home button during cold booting to go into OFW
