generic answer. don't have a clue what your problem can be but what i'm talking about is if you try to access the store from any browser on a linux based os, it gives you the message "this browser is not supported". its not like they can't make it work, compatability with a site depends on the browser, not the os. sony's just purposly removing access from all linux based oses on purpose out of spite. because you know, all linux users are dirty dirty hackers who will use the os to hack the store and get free stuff

liek i said it once worked before, i used google chrome
but just out of curiosity i decided to go onto internet explorer and go onto it on that, and it works lol.............. still nothing interesting on the store.

That is really easy to "fix". You just have to change your user agent.

I actually threw a few different ones at it and it seems to use a blacklist, not a whitelist. Everything from googlebot to links to wget seemed to work.
