Does using PSN with Fiddler endanger my account?

I only really want PSN access in order to sync trophies to the server, and this sounds great. I know it works, but if I do it, can't Sony see that I did and then ban my PSN account?

Not 100% sure, but seeing as it violates the software agreement that you must agree to in order to use their services, I would assume Sony can indeed ban your account if... emphasis on IF... They find out... I am just playing it safe myself right now and not even gonna risk it, especially after their whole ban-happy thing with modded PS3 systems... I got ALOT of stuff on PSN.
