How to change the disc in Metal Gear Solid?

I have started playing Metal Gear Solid, and i want to know,
How to change the disc (from disc 1 to disc2 of course :mrgreen: ) ?

I think you just have to play with the second disc and load your savegame. Just like you do in any PSX's Final Fantasy.

No, in Metal Gear Solid i have to change the disc without saving :<
