right i played it when i was about 7, and i remember you being with this person and there was this forest (i think) and there are dinosaurs that you bump into

thats all i can say because im not sure, id love to play it again

The only Final Fantasy game I can remember having a dinosaur is FF8. Does this look familiar? Without more information I can't be sure though. The game was available for PC, and PS1, and is a PS1 classic on PSN.
