It seems games will only freeze/lock up when enabling too many or conflicting cheats. I stayed up all night messing with the Plugins.txt and still nothing but after your files it's workin no prob now even on some of my Jap games too. eCFW on Vita is picky on what Homebrews it needs but with the right files I have mostly everything working now, snes9xtyl, picodrive, mame4all, psx, cwheats... :P
