How to enable DLC of PSP Games on PS Vita CFW 2.02 Save UNO

As the title said, I have MH 3rd and its DLC (ULJM05800QST), I have GEBrust and its DLC (ULUS10563) but I don't know how to enable DLC in the game. I saw this comment:

You can actually download it directly with your PS Vita. The DLC however won't be installed unless you have the game itself installed on your Vita, so if you're running Dissidia 012 through an ISO-file, that won't work. You should try this method instead:

Copy the folder with the DLCs (which should be named "ULUS10566" if you're using the US version of Dissidia 012, or "ULES01505" if you're using the EU version) into this direction: ms0:/PSP/GAME/ and install the plugin nploader.
You should be able to use the DLCs while playing the game.

But he didn't mention how to install the plugin nploader.
If you know how to do that, please guide me carefully, because I'm a newbie to all of this.

i didn't try to put a DLC on it so not sure if it is really gonna work

You have two choices: you can DL your DLC and game from the PSN to your Vita and as soon as you load the game the DLC will be installed.
-OR-
If you're using an .ISO backup, you need to decrypt your DLC using NPDecrypter and copy it to ms0:/PSP/GAME using VITA FTP (seems to be the best method).
Do the same thing with NPLoader.prx, except put that in ms0:/SEPLUGINS.
Put your GAME.TXT file in the exploit folder and make sure it contains a line that says "MS0:/SEPLUGINS/NPLOADER.PRX 1"
Set the ISO mode to SONYNP9660 in the CEF menu.

Make sure all filenames are in all caps.

That's the method I hear works the best.

Press [ ] in CEF menu and change from M33 to Sony 9660

Thanks. With GEB, It said "Data Pack has been loaded". But when I choose mission from "Download content", It said "unable to join"? maybe I have to play longer, I'm just in the beginning of the game and hasn't accepted any missions before.
With MH 3rd. I enter download and it said "detected 30 DLC Quest".
