I tried different version of Digimon World, both PAL and NTSC, & it won't work for me on 2.02 TN-C. I even used my own disc, and still nothing.

Sorry but i tried QUAKE 2 PAL & NTSC version and i had a black screen after activision logo ...
i tried march33 & sony's plugin with default & 333 mhz speed cpu.
what is your setting ? are you extract game's archive with pspfiler or tnmenu ?

Tekken 3 PAL not working

Why so: video - Vita can't play video from PSX games. it's just freeze when tried to load any video from the game, we need just cut all video from the game and it will run. That's why some games working without any special operation, cos don't have video on intro screen. (if you really cut all video, maybe some game have specific video format, what we can't cut, this games will not work maybe...)
here tutorial step by step how to cut content from psx games, tested, working! (sry it's on Russian, but it's simple, you will make it with google translate)

they all work until they hit an FMV video. with Legend of Dragoon I could bypass the intro by starting on disc 2 and loading the save since discs 2-4 do not have the opening. I think the exploit can not access the codecs required for this stuff

That's it! You're the one of those who was closest to the solution! Thanks for the tip! Just cutting video and audio from each game and all it works, or almost all! Like android phone users downsize their PSX backups for better fps in their emulator.

Ok so i will ask cause i odnt have no where to ask
anyway most of my back-ups wont boot actually they
boot but once they reach the PS logo they go into black
screen and from there nothing,so i need to ask how you
really do this cause i can't,i don't know how i only get black
screens all the time weird.
