Help with Iso games on the vita

Postby Rich01 » Fri Jan 04, 2013 12:11 am

Why does the screen turn black when I transfer the game Crash Tag Team Racing iso in the vita but, when I remove it, it works fine. How can I get the game to work?
I'm using the UNO exploit on 2.02.

Are you talking about the menu not loading up when the game is in the exploit folder? If so, I had the same problem. Fixed it by using a different menu (yMenu), and then extracting / installing the game with pspfiler. I then reconnected the Vita to my PC, removed the game and got the default menu back which would load properly.

No, no, you don't need to do that.

Just get all the yMenu files (battery.png, bg etc) and put them in the uno exploit folder. Don't delete any of the original uno exploit files apart from menu.pbp, which will be replaced by another one for yMenu.

Make sure you do NOT patch your ISO's as they can cause instability :)

I am having a similar problem. The only way I can get my ISO to work is by copying it over with OpenCMA. When it asks me if I want to move it, it stays at 0% forever, but if I chose no and run it, it works fine. Even FTP-ing the file over it won't show up in TN-C. It does show up under yMenu, but it has a corrupt icon on it and will not launch.
Again, it works fine if I use CMA and choose not to move it.

Are you putting it in the right folder? Try FTP'ing to the ISO folder in the root of your memory card :)

Yup. That is exactly where I have been putting them.

Edit: Found my problem. My FileZilla is set to transfer 2 items simultaneously and it seems to be corrupting files. I changed the setting to one active transfer at a time at that resolved it.
Thanks for the advice!
