Try to downgrade to 1.5 then install ofw 6.60, and try again.
Alternatively, use a pandora battery (or Hellcat's recovery flasher might work)

If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.

Might break the ID Storage.

Better update to 3.52 M33, then 3.52 M33-4 then 3.71 M33. NOW its possible to install 6.60 OFW.

To install the 6.60 Firmware, just unzip the archive on your PSP’s memory stick, in the “PSP” folder (you should end up with an “UPDATE” folder in the PSP folder, if you do things correctly), then run the update from your PSP menu.
I am followingthe guide, but im stuck. :( The update folder for 6.60 official firmware is in my PSP folder. How do i run it ? My PSP system right now is 6.39 PRO B6.

And another question : is it okay if i just download the custom firmware seeing as i have 6.39 PRO B6 ? just asking, thank you for your help !

You havent followed it exactly...

The UPDATE Folder has to be inside of the GAME folder.

/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/

a quick google search
DRNFFFFFFB0 = key 0x8 missing DRNFFFFFFAF = key 0x8 header is not "p D C L" (in hex: 70 44 43 4C)
You can repair this with IdStorage Manager, KeyCleaner or DCv8

I most likely recommend to create a "new" ID Storage with the DDCv8 tool. A pandora battery is necessary for this.

Edit: The 5.50 GEN-D3 Recovery/VSH Menu can crate a normal and pandora battery, use it AFTER you've crated a magic memory stick with RainsUltraLiteMMSMaker (5.00 M33-4).
