Few questions about being ready for a exploit game

On average, how long do games last that are exploitable last till they are tooken off PSN network and patched?
Should I have funds ready on my account to buy it when it comes out? or is it something that can be done the day of it being announced?
How much funds would you recommend to have?

Yeah 20$ is good,and anyways u got extra money just hold onto it for some games dlc etc.

I was wondering if anyone knew can i swap memory cards to use the exploit? or will sony be like...wanting me to reformat my mem card cause i wanted to put all my homebrew on my 4gb and my vita stuff on my 8gb
