eCFW and multiple memory cards

What is the procedure to use multiple memory cards with the eCFW? I take it I neeed to transfer the exploitable game to the memory card every time I which to switch? I have two cards I'd like to load games onto on the road. Is this possible without a PC and use both without switches?

Just copy the GAME and the Exploit to both Cards.. then all you need to do is swap them out and start the exploit..
And have your different Homebrew on each card..

That's the question - before I go out and BUY the 16GB card (sorry, I should have mentioned this) can I use both? i.e: Can I copy the game to multiple cards or will some kind of DRM stop me?

as long both memory card are signed/tied with the same account you use to buy the game,
then it as easy as copy-paste the game via cma/opencma.
