to make things clear you can use CIPL Pro 6.20 Version to all motherboards excluding E1000 running at 6.20 Firmware, and the CIPL Pro 6.60 version are for Hackable Motherboards only running 6.60?

cIPL bricks 2000v3, 3000, Go and E1000. I guess you mean E1000.

yes but i used cipl on my PSP 3001 running 6.20 Pro. never got a brick o.O

NO you dont. CIPL=JUST FOR OLD PSPs, ability to install flash0 plugins, flash0 themes, etc.

Perma patch (also newer psps): autobooting of the HEN/CFW.

You are using perma patch NOT CIPL!

While this is true, I have never seen issues when i downgraded my 09g to 6.20, and perma patched it. In fact, i might just do it again when i get the chance.
