Best graphic would be Monster Hunter.. Awesome environment..

Best graphics I would say Gran Turismo, first psp game to blow me away!
Best story is by far Crisis Core, I mean the Voice acting in the English version is pretty alright. I don't expect much in a portable game but this was superb just look at a clip from the story line. There is really nice depth to the characters take a look at this 7 min clip from the game's cutscenes.

Does imports count ? SD Gundam G Generation Overworld gets my vote, and Super Robot Taisen ZII for story.
