Yes but then again it might have since it's still in use via eCFW.. Was i right when i said to believe it's function was booting the speed for optimized performance ?

What do you mean by "booting the speed"?

maybe you mean "boost"? its dosnt metter what are they talking, the only way to speed up homebrew on the vita PSP emulator is improving the code of homebrew itself... or find a way (very hard) to unlock the emulator and change the CPU/RAM limits.
